I am not a child and It is not the first time I am using your service even if I use it for small quantity and use others exchangers for big exchanges because they have chat option on their website so I can talk with them directly when there is any problem. Ok? Ban is nothing. It is ridiculous. If you ask proof I will give you. I said what happened. I paid many minutes before the end of the order time. But nothing like if I didn’t paid. And I even sent you a message to your email before post a claim here as it was an emergency for me to get the payeer. As no fast reply I did another exchange on another exchanger. And I knew I will delete the claim when it will be solved.

Yes now I check and the payeer is sent. But talking about Ban is ridiculous.

I paid the order within the 10 minutes. I can provide my PM history screenshoot as proof or give you the BATCH and you ask PM admin the time it was sent from my account. Also the screenshoot showing the time I sent a message by email before post CLAIM.

I even said in my CLAIM that "Order was paid but the page didn't changed as if it the order was not paid". You should try to know what happened and the page didn't changed after payment.

Now in your reply you said "Order deleted as unpaid at 17:16 and that I paid the 10$ after at 17:26. How the hell can that be? There is no any way to pay an order on your website after order deletion because the page refresh usually and the payment button is no longer available.

Now I know what happened, it is very simple: when I paid the 10PM go from my account but was on HOLD some minutes before reach your account. PM do that some times and you should know.

2. Order created - 17:06. Order deleted and is invalid as unpaid - 17:16. You wrote claim - 17:19. You paid - 17:26. Order was proceed by operator - 19:10 and answered to your mail. We answered you here - 22:54.

3. You had more than 4 hours to remove the claim from here and we even will not see the claim. But you don't care.

4. Since, the error is not on our side and you are violating our TOS https://www.change.am/en/tos/ , this way wasting our time and resource, we banned you from our service as unwanted customer.
Here are presented hundreds of other exchange services. Use any other, not our service and stop to continue wasting our time.
