1. General Terms

We strive to ensure client satisfaction with all our services. However, because domain registration and certain other services involve irreversible third-party fees, specific conditions and limitations apply to refunds.

2. Domain Registrations and Transfers

Domain names are registered and renewed immediately upon your request and are registered with national and international registries. Therefore:

• Domain name registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
• Please double-check the spelling of your domain name before submitting your order.

3. Web Hosting Services

We offer a money-back guarantee for web hosting services under the following conditions:

• Shared Hosting and VPS packages are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
• Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you have had an account with us before or canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible.

4. Other Products & Services

Refund terms for other services are as follows:

• SSL Certificates can be cancelled for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date, provided the certificate has not been issued.
• Setup fees, custom administrative fees, and third-party software licenses are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket with our Billing department through your client area. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
