Email Sending Limits & Usage Policy

For the Business/Personal Email service, the applicable sending limitations include:

  • Maximum 100 recipients per hour, including To, CC and BCC.
  • Maximum 100 recipients per individual email.
  • Maximum email size, including attachments: approximately 20–25 MB.
  • Mailbox storage depends on the subscribed plan.
  • Executable files and certain compressed file types may be restricted or blocked.
  • The service is intended primarily for normal business and personal correspondence and is not intended for newsletters, bulk emailing or mass marketing campaigns.
Automated sending may be permitted within reasonable/fair usage limits; however, excessive or unusual sending patterns may trigger spam monitoring mechanisms.
Accounts may also be subject to restrictions or suspension where there are indicators such as:

  • High bounce rates
  • Spam-like sending behavior
  • Excessive automated sending
  • Recipient complaints
  • Other activity that violates the applicable Anti-Spam/Acceptable Use Policy
