3. WHOIS Database and Registry Data Sharing

As a domain name registrar, we are obligated to comply with the rules of national (e.g., .am, .հայ) and international registries.

When registering a domain name, a portion of your personal data (name, contact email, phone number, address) must be transferred to the respective Registry.

This data may be published in the public WHOIS database, as required by ICANN rules or national zone administrators.

You agree that the publication of data in WHOIS does not constitute a breach of privacy on our part, as it is a mandatory condition for domain registration (unless you utilize a WHOIS privacy protection service, if one is offered).

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
